Bordox is an event management company working in Dubai and across Saudi Arabia. We plan and run corporate events, product launches and conferences, from the venue shortlist and supplier contracts to the crew on the floor when doors open. What our event management covers
One brief, one budget and one person accountable for both. We find and book the venue, plan the floor and seating, hire and manage suppliers, and write the run of show minute by minute. Staging, AV, signage and entrance decoration come from our own production team, so the look agreed in the render is the one guests walk into. On the day we run registration, hosts, stage management and load-out.

Most of our work is corporate: annual staff events, townhalls, conferences and summits, and brand launches that need a public moment. Each has its own measure of success. A townhall needs every seat to hear clearly, a conference needs sessions to start on time, and a launch needs a moment people photograph. We plan backwards from that measure, then fit the budget around it.

How early should we book an event management company?
For a conference or a large annual event, three to four months gives time to secure the venue and suppliers you want. Smaller corporate events and townhalls can be planned in four to six weeks if the venue is free.
Do you work outside Dubai?
Yes. We run events across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh and Jeddah.
Can you handle only part of an event, such as staging or staff?
Yes. Many clients hire us for production or event staff alone. We price each part separately so you can choose.
What does corporate event management cost?
