Expo staffing

Event hostesses, promoters and exhibition staff in the UAE and Saudi Arabia

Trained stand staff, hostesses and promoters for exhibitions, launches and in-store campaigns.

Promoters educating consumers about Organic Harvest products in a retail store.

Bordox supplies event hostesses, promoters and exhibition staff for trade shows, product launches and in-store campaigns across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Our staff are briefed on your product before the first shift, so they can talk to visitors instead of handing out leaflets. We have run launch promoters across retail stores in Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam for Organic Harvest, tasting teams for Kraft's Philadelphia in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, and the awareness team for Nivea's Musk launch.

Event hostesses and stand staff for exhibitions

At a trade show, the people on the stand decide whether a passing visitor becomes a lead. Our hostesses greet and qualify visitors, scan badges, manage meeting bookings and pass qualified leads to your sales team. We match staff to the show: language, product knowledge and dress code are agreed in the brief.

Promoters for launches and sampling

Promoters work best where buyers already are: supermarkets, pharmacies, malls and offices. Ours explain what is different about the product, run tastings and sampling, and keep count of the people they speak to. For Nivea's Musk launch the team worked in malls, corporate offices and beauty salons.

Briefing and supervision

Every team gets a product briefing, a short script and a shift plan before day one, and a supervisor on site who checks attendance and quality. End-of-day reports show where the team was busiest, so you can move staff to the locations that work.

Hiring event hostesses in Dubai or Riyadh

Book early in the exhibition season, when the best staff are taken first. Ask whether the agency trains its own staff or sends freelancers on the day, who supervises them, and what happens if someone does not turn up.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How many staff does an exhibition stand need?

It depends on the stand size, how many demo or meeting points you have and the footfall you expect. We recommend a number in the proposal and explain why.

Can staff represent a technical product?

Yes, with a proper briefing. We plan a product session before the show and give staff a short sheet of the questions visitors ask most.

Can you supply staff at short notice?

Often, depending on dates and numbers. The earlier you book in exhibition season, the more choice you have.

Can we book staff for a stand you did not build?

Yes. Staffing can be booked on its own for any stand, launch or in-store campaign.
