Exhibition stand builders in Dubai and Riyadh
Custom and modular exhibition stands, designed and built in-house from the first render to load-out.

Bordox are exhibition stand builders working in Dubai, Riyadh and across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. We design and build custom and modular stands for trade shows, from the concept render and organiser approvals to the build, the show and the load-out. Our stands include work for Mercedes-Benz, Banque Saudi Fransi, NCB, Carrier and Modern Construction at Resatex Expo in Riyadh.
Custom and modular exhibition stands
A custom stand is designed for one brand and one show: its shape, materials and lighting are chosen for that space and that message. A modular stand reuses a system frame with new graphics, which costs less per show and suits companies that exhibit several times a year. We build both, and often mix them: a modular structure with custom feature walls, counters or product plinths where visitors actually stop.
Exhibition booth design that works on the show floor
Good booth design starts with what a visitor should do in the first ten seconds, then plans the stand around it. We put the main message at eye level from the aisle, keep meeting space away from the walkway, and plan storage and power before the graphics. Our stands for NCB and Aljomaih used interactive kiosks, and the Mercedes-Benz stand put a car on an illuminated raised platform with digital screens around it.
Approvals, build and load-out
Every exhibition venue has its own rules for structure height, rigging, electrics and fire safety, and the organiser must approve drawings before you can build. We prepare those drawings, manage the submissions and schedule the build to the venue's move-in window. After the show we dismantle and clear the space, and can store reusable parts for your next event.
Choosing exhibition stand builders in Dubai or Riyadh
Ask whether the company builds in its own workshop or passes the build to a subcontractor, because that decides who controls quality and deadlines. Ask to see photos of built stands, not only renders. Check that the quote covers design, approvals, build, graphics, AV, transport and dismantling, so nothing turns up as an extra in show week.
The process
- Brief and floor planYour show, stand size, goals and budget, checked against the organiser's floor plan and rules.
- Concept and renderA 3D render and layout you can review with your team before anything is built.
- Approvals and buildTechnical drawings to the organiser, then the build in our workshop and on site.
- Show and load-outOur crew stays on call during the show, then dismantles and clears the space.
Frequently asked questions
How far ahead should we book an exhibition stand builder?
For a custom stand, start eight to twelve weeks before the show so there is time for design, approvals and the build. Modular stands can be turned around faster.
Do you design the stand as well as build it?
Yes. Our team produces the concept, the 3D render and the technical drawings, and our workshop builds what was rendered.
Can we reuse our stand at another show?
Yes. We design for reuse when you exhibit often, and can store the parts between shows.
What affects the cost of an exhibition stand?
Size, custom or modular, materials, AV and screens, and how complex the approvals and rigging are. We quote line by line so you can see where the money goes.
