Experiential marketing agency in Dubai and Saudi Arabia
Immersive brand experiences, destination activations and sensory campaigns that turn a visit into a memory.

Bordox is an experiential marketing agency working in Dubai and across Saudi Arabia. We design and build immersive brand experiences, destination activations and sensory campaigns for malls, events and venues: the kind of work where visitors walk through a story, not past a poster. Our experiential work includes Coca-Cola's Happiness House, a walk-through brand journey in malls across Saudi Arabia, Tang's Be Good activation with costumed ambassadors engaging families, and Chevrolet's New Malibu launch with illuminated flooring and a car reveal.
Brand experiences and immersive activations
An immersive activation draws people in, moves them through a sequence and leaves them with a memory and something to share. We design the journey, build the set in our own workshop and staff it with trained ambassadors. Coca-Cola's Happiness House guided shoppers through branded rooms to a surprise reward, and Tang's Be Good activation used costumes, games and sampling to reach children and families in malls.
Destination brand transformation
A mall, a venue or a district can become a brand destination for a season or a campaign: themed decor, sensory zones, scheduled activations and a social media trail that turns visitors into content creators. We plan the visitor flow, build the installations, manage the activations calendar and measure footfall and dwell time.
Sensory campaigns and pop-ups
Scent, sound, texture and taste make a brand physical. We build pop-up units and sensory zones for launches, product trials and seasonal campaigns, from the concept to the crew on the floor. Each element is tested in our workshop so it works on site without surprises.
Choosing an experiential marketing agency
Ask to see built work, not decks. Check whether the agency designs, builds and staffs in-house, or subcontracts each piece, because the gaps between suppliers are where the experience breaks. Ask what was measured after each activation and how the data reached the client.
The process
- Concept and journeyThe brand story, the audience, the venue and the journey visitors will walk through.
- Design and buildSets, installations and sensory elements designed and built in our workshop.
- Staff and launchAmbassadors briefed and the experience opened, with our team managing every shift.
- Measure and reportFootfall, dwell time, social shares and the numbers we agreed at the start.
Frequently asked questions
What is experiential marketing?
Marketing where the audience participates instead of watching: walk-through brand journeys, interactive pop-ups, sensory zones and live activations. The aim is a memory and a share, not a view.
How long does an experiential activation take to plan?
A mall activation typically needs six to ten weeks from brief to opening. A destination transformation for a full venue or district takes three to four months.
Can you run experiential campaigns outside the UAE?
Yes. We work across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC, and have run multi-market campaigns in the region.
How do you measure the success of an experiential campaign?
Footfall, dwell time, social shares, sign-ups and any conversion goal agreed at the start, reported daily during the campaign and summarised at the end.
